Pricing FAQ
Do you really mean unlimited students?
Yes — on both plans. We never charge per student, so growing your roster never grows your bill. The plans differ on instructors, aircraft, and dispatcher tools, not on how many students you train.
What's the difference between Solo CFI and Flight School?
Solo CFI is the full system sized for one instructor and one aircraft — including the student portal, logbook, and billing. Flight School removes the limits: unlimited instructors and aircraft, plus dispatcher tools and the utilization view for running a fleet.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for the year up front and save 10%: Solo CFI is $529.20/year (works out to $44.10/mo) and Flight School is $1,069.20/year (works out to $89.10/mo). Monthly billing is available on both plans with no commitment.
Are there contracts or setup fees?
No contracts, no setup fees. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime and simply run to the end of the billing period.
How do payments from students work?
Card payments run through Stripe, so standard Stripe processing fees apply to transactions — the same as any modern payment platform.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Solo CFIs who grow into a school upgrade in place — your students, logbooks, and billing history all come with you.
